Qualified Employment Center
The Yalova Qualified Employment Center was established by the Yalova Machine Specialized OSB under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, supported by the MARKA (East Marmara Development Agency) Guided Project Support Program. It is a comprehensive human resources investment project developed to meet the region’s need for a skilled workforce and to reduce unemployment.
Core Objectives
The center aims to:
Meet the demand for qualified intermediate staff for firms within the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB).
Provide vocational training with guaranteed employment for the unemployed in Yalova.
Establish a sustainable and systematic education-employment model tailored for the industry.
This vision was developed in alignment with the Yalova Machine OSB’s “Domestic, Green, Innovative, High-Tech, and Lean” approach.
Facilities and Infrastructure
Located within the OSB, the center offers a modern and accessible learning environment across a 2,050 m² single-story facility, featuring:
10 classrooms with a capacity of 25 people each.
1 large training hall (125 m²).
5 administrative offices, parking, and social areas.
The center was designed with remote learning compatibility, disabled access, scalable infrastructure for future expansion, and green building criteria in mind.
To meet the region’s needs, current job opportunities and training programs are announced at nitelikliistihdammerkezi.org.
