The Anatolia 5.0 Project is a specialized architectural and design approach implemented within our region. This project/concept represents an aesthetic, cultural, and sustainable construction model developed for production facilities, administrative buildings, and social amenities within the OIZ.
🔹 Cultural and Aesthetic Design The structures are designed by drawing inspiration from the regional architectural characteristics of Turkey’s seven regions, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Anatolia.
🔹 Modern and Sustainable Approach In addition to being aesthetic, the buildings are planned in an eco-friendly and sustainable manner, aligning with Green Building criteria.
🔹 Next-Generation Industrial Zone Vision Beyond traditional industrial structures, this concept aims to create an industrial living space suitable for the 21st century that is environmentally sensitive and enhances the quality of work and production.
🔹 Green Building Criteria Most facilities constructed within the framework of Anatolia 5.0 are designed in accordance with TSE Green Building certification. This highlights energy efficiency, eco-friendly materials, and sustainable design.
