YALOVA MACHINE SPECIALIZED OSB

Yalova Machine Specialized Organized Industrial Zone was established under the OIZ Law No. 4562. It is strategically located within the triangle of Laledere, Gacık, and Kılıç villages in the Çiftlikköy district of Yalova, directly facing the Istanbul-Izmir Motorway and situated immediately at the exit of the Kılıç toll station.

Yalova Machine Specialized OSB attained its legal entity status on June 7, 2017, upon receiving approval from the Ministry of Industry and Technology with registration number 331, following the completion of site selection and application processes.

On November 6, 2017, a “Public Interest Decision” was granted for Yalova Machine Specialized OSB by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Hosting companies that are each pioneers in their respective sectors within our country, Yalova Machine Specialized OSB continues to grow with the goal of contributing significantly to both the regional and national economy.

At Yalova Machine Specialized OSB, we prioritize the environment and sustainability. In line with this commitment, we are implementing robust infrastructure and superstructure investments that minimize environmental impact. We aim to meet the common energy needs of our OSB through a Solar Power Plant to be established within our zone. Additionally, we intend to provide our participants with reclaimed water for irrigation, processed in our Wastewater Treatment Plant designed with advanced treatment technologies. Through our renewable energy investments, we aim to make energy unit costs for our participants significantly more advantageous compared to average prices in similar industrial zones. Logistics and Cost Efficiency We plan to minimize the logistics and transportation costs of our participants through planned connections to ports and railway lines, as well as on-site bonded warehouses and storage areas. Furthermore, by having factory constructions managed by YİMES Construction Inc.—a 100% subsidiary of our OSB—with minimum costs and long-term payment plans, we significantly reduce the initial capital expenditures for our investors. By establishing an environmental laboratory, a Joint Health and Safety Unit (OSGB), and a waste management facility, we aim to lower mandatory expenses and enhance the competitive power of our participants.
