Dear Industrialists, With the strength derived from our goal of creating a “Domestic, Innovative, Green, High-Tech, and Lean Production Hub” and our vision of becoming a “Compass OSB,” we have successfully surpassed yet another significant milestone in our efforts conducted with a “New Generation OSB” approach in Yalova. As of 2026, the Yalova Machine Specialized OSB has transformed into an exemplary industrial ecosystem that continues its planned growth and strengthens its vision with tangible outcomes. In addition to the infrastructure investments we have pursued with great perseverance and determination over the past years, we have commissioned our production facilities and social reinforcement areas in stages. Our structures, built in accordance with TSE Secure Green Building certification criteria, serve as concrete indicators of our vision for an environmentally sensitive and energy-efficient OSB. This philosophy, which treats production and living spaces with a holistic approach, increases the attraction of our region day by day. In line with our goal of fostering qualified human resources and a strong society, our efforts to institutionalize the Public – University – Industry – Finance cooperation ecosystem continue with resolve. In this context, the imminent realization of the Yalova University Faculty of Engineering will stand as one of the strongest examples of university-industry collaboration reflected in the field. We have established the Yalova Qualified Employment Center, which remains fully operational. The convergence of education, employment, and production within the same ecosystem—enabled by both our employment center and our university operating within our OSB—greatly enhances our region's competitive power. We treat the goal of being a “Sustainable OSB” as a strategic priority; we position sustainable water, energy, and waste management alongside sustainable education and employment models as our fundamental building blocks. Accordingly, by implementing the strategic documents, roadmaps, and projects prepared together with our stakeholders step-by-step, we apply environmental, economic, and social sustainability through a holistic lens. With its strategic location, innovation-centered sustainability perspective, value-added production infrastructure, and meticulously planned social areas, Yalova Machine Specialized OSB continues its work as an exemplary organized industrial zone in 2026. At the point we have reached today—as we prepare for our country's 2053 and 2071 visions in the second century of our Republic—we continue to advance with firm steps toward becoming a domestic, innovative, green, high-tech, and lean production hub that transcends the conventional OSB understanding.
